Do you offer next day delivery?
If ordered before 11am Monday – Thursday and before 10am Friday and the item is in stock then yes next day delivery is usually possible
Will the delivery come with a tail lift?
All deliveries via the pallet network are tail lift offload with a pallet truck on board. Delivery to curb side.
If ordering a larger quantity that will require a dedicated delivery then you have the option of tail lift or Moffatt offload at no extra charge.
Can you deliver direct to site?
Yes, just provide us with the full delivery postcode and will provide you with a quote
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No – but we do charge a premium rate for small orders
Can I pay by card?
Yes just speak with our accounts team and they will handle that for you
Can I book a timed delivery?
Yes we offer a range of timed deliveries – all incur a surcharge – speak to our team to discuss.
Can we arrange our own collection?
Yes, just call us directly so we can organise to pack and prepare the delivery to be collected.
Do you provide an ETA once order has been dispatched?
Once deliveries have left the delivering depot we can usually provide a 2 hour delivery window.
What is your return policy?
- 15% Restocking Fee is charged/ or a flat rate of £350 depending on the reason for the return
- Goods MUST be returned in resalable condition and it is YOUR responsibility that they arrive back with us in the condition they left.
- Please be aware that if goods are returned damaged in any way this will affect your credit.
- If panels are being returned that require restacking, please ensure that they are packed face to face, to avoid any scratching on the top of the panel.
- Please note any items not fit for resale will be recycled and you will be charged for this.
- It can take up to 2 weeks to complete the returns process and a credit note issued.

Can I get a sample?
Yes we offer free samples of all standard products. If you are after something bespoke or a vinyl colour that is not in stock there may be a cost incurred.
Do you offer technical advise if I am unsure what product to use?
Yes, we have a team of people that can help with product specification and selection. You can also use the product selector on the website as a guide.
Can you offer installation services?
Yes we can. Through Supply Only, we can give you the names and numbers of professional recommended installers in the project area. if you want the job completely managed, we can forward your enquiry to our own Bathgate Contracts team who quote you for the supply and installation as well as project management.
My order is too small for a pallet delivery – what are my options?
We also offer a tracked courier service for small items
Can I get a professional take off from Bathgate Flooring?
Yes you can. We offer a free of charge Callidising service using state of the art software to produce a complete take off from drawings you supply. This is offered to our regular customers. See our Callidus page for more details https://bathgate.your-site.dev/supply-only/callidus-estimating/
Do you supply all the ancillary items required for a raised floor installation?
From our warehouse, we can offer all the items required for the installation, from pedestals and adhesives to steps and ramps. All available via Bathgate Flooring.
