Sales / Quotes: Prepare accurate quotations, support the sales team with customer inquiries, and assist in converting leads into confirmed orders.
Order Processing: Accurately manage and process customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment, ensuring all details are correct and delivered on time.
Logistics: Coordinate delivery schedules, liaise with couriers and suppliers, and ensure efficient movement of goods to meet customer expectations.
Technical Support: Provide first‑line technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams when required.

Callidus: Utilise the Callidus system to generate accurate quotations, manage pricing structures, and support the sales team with product configuration and proposal creation.
FSC: Manage responsibilities related to FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) compliance, including documentation, audits, and ensuring all applicable processes meet certification standards.
