Expert oversight from order to installation

Project Management & Delivery

We manage your raised access flooring project from start to finish, ensuring clarity, consistency and efficiency throughout.

Our specialist team oversees specifications, schedules logistics, coordinates site activities, and maintains close communication to keep your project running smoothly. With optimised delivery planning and sustainable practices built in, we help you deliver results with confidence.

The Steps to Sucess

One
Pre-Construction
We supply sample panels for bespoke finishes, helping you confirm suitability before ordering. Our National Specification Manager ensures all specifications meet PSA or BSEN Standards. We provide clear estimates with manufacturing and installation timelines, advise on specialist lead times, and hold extensive stock for fast turnaround.
Two
Confirmation of Order
Once your order is confirmed, a contract manager oversees the project to completion and certification, keeping in regular contact with your site team and maintaining the agreed schedule. They coordinate production and delivery with our manufacturing facility, manage site restrictions, and brief hauliers on access requirements. They also organise subcontract teams and supervise on‑site progress to keep the programme running smoothly.
Three
Delivery to Site
Once the contract is agreed, all delivery details and site requirements are compiled into a Schedule, triggering logistics. A pallet check confirms the correct vehicle for the load. We create a ‘Call Off’ to split materials into phased deliveries based on the Tender/Callidus drawings, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and lowering emissions. Materials are allocated to each delivery in line with the programme. The Schedule is shared internally to ensure timely manufacturing, despatch, and ordering of any non‑stock items.
Four
Installation & Final Checks
As the delivery date approaches, we reconfirm timings to accommodate any changes to start dates or site sequencing. Deliveries are adjusted as needed, and Transport books the required vehicle. Our packing team checks all paperwork and prepares materials for dispatch, with a final same‑day review before they leave the factory. Once on site, materials are received for installation to begin as scheduled.

Support after Completion

Upon completion of the works, we issue a comprehensive Operations and Maintenance pack.

This pack consolidates all relevant project information into one convenient location, ensuring you have easy access to everything you need. It includes detailed documentation, maintenance schedules, and essential guidelines to help you manage and maintain your new installation effectively.

Streamlining Delivery

Seamless Integration with BIM Technology

We utilise Building Information Modelling (BIM) during the delivery process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Our products are available for BIM modelling via our website and NBS Source, integrated directly into specification tools like NBS Chorus, Autodesk Revit, and Graphisoft Archicad.

This integration allows specifiers to easily find, select, and specify our BIM Model Level 2 Raised Access Flooring Products, ensuring a seamless and informed planning, design, and construction process.
