The full scope of works and client requirements are analysed. Discussions with the customer are held to understand the project in greater detail. Any specialist requirements are reviewed with our in-house experts.

Quantified take-offs are obtained from drawings and documentation using our measuring software, Callidus. These specifications allow our Estimators to produce a detailed breakdown of items and costs.

We submit a fully itemised Bill of Quantities, a Quotation Covering Letter, and our Standard Terms and Conditions. Supporting Data Sheets and Detail Drawings can be provided upon request to ensure clarity and transparency.

An allocated member of the Sales Team will regularly contact the customer to ensure our quotation aligns with the most up-to-date client requirements. This ongoing communication helps address any queries promptly.

As client requirements change and projects evolve, this may result in a revised quotation. We ensure that all updates are communicated clearly and promptly to maintain alignment with the client’s evolving needs.
