One of the benefits of dealing directly with the product manufacturer is the seamless communication between the technical information given at the sales/estimating stage and the product produced.

Each project is appointed a Contract Manager, providing a central point of contact. This manager has a full office-based support team within our Head Office, ensuring there is always someone available to discuss the project.

All our Raised Access Floor Systems are manufactured to either PSA or BSEN standards. By providing a full system and installing it to the agreed specification, we can fully certify the works. Full system warranties are provided.

Our Estimating Team use specialist access flooring software to provide detailed and high-quality quotations for your consideration.  They are able to update and refine these estimates in line with developments throughout the tender/pre-contract phase.

Bathgate Flooring are able to integrate our Estimation drawings into the main BIM model to seek out potential M&E design clashes.  This supports your pre-installation/build adjustments and reduces project re-work or project cost adjustments.

We will work closely with you to facilitate the project programme. Ensuring the raised access floor system is delivered, installed, tested, and certified to the highest standard and to the complete satisfaction of the client.

On handover of any project, we provide a full O&M (Operations and Maintenance) Manual. The information enables the end user to have a reference point for all information relevant to the flooring scope.
