What is Raised Access Flooring?
A versatile system for providing easy access to infrastructure.
Providing Access to Mechanical and Electrical Services
A raised access floor is an elevated system above a solid base, typically concrete, creating a concealed void for cables, wires, and piping. The floor consists of removable panels, allowing for easy access.
The void’s height can vary depending on the services, access requirements, and floor level differences. This system is widely utilised in commercial properties as it builds a cost saving flexibility into the future of the space.
Wide choice of bonded or fitted finishes
Access flooring is a versatile flooring system and is suitable for data centres, offices, retail spaces, hotels, leisure facilities, and some residential applications.
Panels can be manufactured with a variety of bonded surfaces including vinyl, stone, marble, or wood. Alternatives include magnetic finishes or if access is required less frequently flat lay products such as carpet and vinyl can be fitted.
Our products are manufactured to either PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU or BS EN 12825:2001 standards. Our specialist teams can assist in selecting the right specification for your project.
