PSA Steel Encapsulated Panels
Our PSA Steel Encapsulated Panels meet the most common PSA specifications. Bespoke options are available for unique project requirements.
Construction Features:

- High-density particle board core
- Galvanised steel encapsulation: top and bottom sheets folded and bonded, with ribbed edges for added rigidity
- Certified to PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU standards
- Tested to withstand an excess point loading factor of three times the working load
Further Features:

- Acoustic: 43 dB airborne, 68 dB impact; improved with surface finishes.
- Electrical: Electrically continuous floor, earthed to IEE standards; optional pre-fitted earthing cables and conductive gaskets.
- Fire: Class ‘O’ Spread of Flame.
- Warranty: 25-year Single Point Manufacture Warranty.
PSA Edge Banded Panels
Our PSA Edge Banded Panels have an additional seal between panels, combining aesthetics with full PSA compliance. Customisation options are available to suit your project needs.

- Certified to PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU standards
