BSEN Steel Encapsulated Panels
Our BS EN Steel Encapsulated Panels are designed and manufactured to meet widely specified performance expectations. Bespoke options are available.
Construction Features:
- High-density particle board core
- Galvanised steel encapsulation with ribbed edges for enhanced strength and rigidity
- Tested and certified to BS EN 12825:2001
- Designed with a defined loading safety factor, calculated from ultimate load with a safety factor of two or three, depending on application
Further Features:
- Acoustic: 43 dB airborne sound reduction and 68 dB impact sound reduction; performance improved with applied surface finishes
- Electrical: Electrically continuous floor, earthed in accordance with IEE regulations; optional pre-fitted earthing cables and conductive gaskets available
- Fire: Class ‘O’ Spread of Flame
- Warranty: 25-year Single Point Manufacture Warranty
BSEN Edge Banded Panels
Our BSEN Edge Banded Panels are designed to meet the most commonly specified European performance standards. Bespoke edge banded solutions are available.
Construction Features:
- High-density particle board core
- Tested and certified to meet BS EN 12825:2001 requirements
- Designed with a defined loading safety factor, calculated from ultimate load using a safety factor of two or three, depending on application
Further Features:
- Acoustic: Typical performance of 43 dB airborne sound reduction and 68 dB impact sound reduction; performance enhanced with applied surface finishes
- Electrical: Electrically continuous floor, earthed in accordance with IEE regulations; pre-fitted earthing studs to pedestals and conductive gaskets fitted to pedestal heads
- Fire: Class ‘O’ Spread of Flame
- Warranty: 25-year Single Point Manufacture Warranty
