The Project – Global HQ

This new build was a joint project between Leicester County Council and Loughborough University Science Enterprise Park (LUSEP). Together, they delivered this stunning building, which is to be solely occupied by The Access Group as their Global Headquarters.

Bathgate Flooring was engaged to manufacture, supply, and install PSA grade BGM600 steel encapsulated panels throughout, providing the Access Group with a Category A finish.

Now completed, it will be home to more than a third of the global workforce for this leading technology company.
