Modern Office Space Boosts the Local Economy

The new BREEAM “Very Good” office space, supplied by Willmott Dixon for Adur and Worthing Council, is a significant addition to the local economy.

 

Office Raised Floor System

Covering 2,242m² of open-plan office space, the system spans three floors and includes communal dining and tea point areas, accommodating around 300 employees. Bathgate Flooring Ltd is proud to have contributed to this project.

 

The Project

Bathgate Flooring Ltd was tasked with supplying and installing 2,398m² of PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU Raised Access Flooring across Levels 0 to 3.

The panels used were manufactured at our facility in Hereford under the Permaflor brand. The surface was prepared for the occupants’ choice of final finish while maintaining access to the data cables and services underneath.
