A New Addition to Cheltenham’s Business Quarter

An important investment in Cheltenham, marking their first new build office development in many years.

Project Overview

Access flooring was selected for this major £12 million building in Cheltenham. Bathgate Flooring manufactured and installed over 5,600 m² of steel encapsulated panels to ensure that this Grade A office space offers maximum flexibility to its future tenants.

With occupation expected to commence early in 2019, the offices will provide a high-quality facility, offering a fantastic boost to the local economy.

The construction process of this office development is well documented with a time-lapse video of the entire project available through the Gloucestershire Live news story.

Access flooring is used in buildings like this to ensure easy access to services when needed. Simply lift up the floor panels to reveal all the cabling beneath. This system also allows for floor boxes to be used, eliminating trailing wires. If a new tenant takes up residence in the future, the layout can be easily reorganised to suit the new occupants.
